These Terms contain the entire agreement between you and Thrive360AI regarding access to or use of the Services and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings.
Cora is intended for supportive conversations and general mental health information only. It is not a replacement for professional therapy or medical care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified healthcare professional or emergency services immediately.
2 · Eligibility
The Cora app is available to users aged 13 and above. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you must have parental or legal guardian consent to use the app and make purchases.
3 · User responsibilities
Users must ensure that account information is accurate and up to date. Unauthorized use of another person's account is prohibited.
Thrive360AI is not responsible for any emotional, psychological, or physical harm resulting from the use of Cora. Users are solely responsible for monitoring and responding to their own needs, including seeking professional help in emergencies.
You agree not to use the app for emergency communication. No personal data collected by AI features will be used for re-training or development of AI models.
4 · Parental control & child safety
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for monitoring their child's use of the Cora app. We do not knowingly collect personal data from users under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will take steps to remove it.
5 · Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms. If substantial changes affecting user rights, legal compliance, or AI disclosures occur, users will be notified in the app or via email prior to implementation.

All Cora services are delivered in compliance with HIPAA, federal and state laws for AI in healthcare, and industry standards for data privacy and security.
